I'm Krispy Brown, one of DIY Punk promotion group "The Scary Clown Presents" putting on gigs in Pboro/Stamford area.
I've started to put together a new gig listings website, which will focus on (but not be exclusively) DIY Punk gigs.
It allows you (bands / venues / other promoters) to register and add your own gigs - or if you already use a facebook page and events to list gigs,just get in touch via the contact form and let me know the url/name of the facebook page. The site can pull all future gigs from your page automatically - so you don't have to type in everything twice.
the site will build up a list of promoters and venues as the gigs get added - it's just a start so far (150+ gigs in a week from a handful of venues) - and hopefully become a useful way to promote the scene.
it's obviously free to use!
